Amiri Scrutchin, born and raised in Texas, has always been immersed in the arts. Coming from a multi-cultural family, Amiri loves to travel and learn about different cultures which in turn, influence his art. He hopes that, through his art, he can give back to the communities around him. He recently has been introduced into animation and is inspired to create visually stunning stories by incorporating is drawing and painting experience. Amiri is involved in volleyball, art, animation, and also produces and writes his own music. His art has been showcased and purchased in galleries across Houston.
